Eligibility Criteria
To attain Premier Host status, each listing within your account must meet the following benchmarks:
- Maintain an average review rating of 4.4 or higher.
- Achieve a booking acceptance rate of 95% or above.
- Sustain an owner-initiated cancellation rate of 1% or lower.
- Have a minimum of 3 VRBO reviews.
- Secure at least 5 bookings or 60 booked nights.

Quarterly Evaluations
