Airbnb Welcome Template

Let me tell you about my hosting breakthrough! After finding my fourth guest wandering the neighborhood because my “perfectly clear” check-in instructions weren’t so perfect, I created these templates out of sheer desperation. Now they’re saving hosts everywhere from the midnight text avalanche!

Our welcome templates aren’t just pretty—they’re battle-tested solutions from someone who’s lived through every hosting disaster imaginable. When my guests wrote “Mark’s guide was better than the hotel concierge” in their review, I knew I had something worth sharing.

Each template comes from years of guest feedback, those little “I wish I knew this earlier” comments that reveal what truly matters to travelers. Fully customizable and ridiculously easy to edit (even for the tech-challenged among us—trust me, if I can do it, anyone can), they transform your hosting game overnight.

Choose from minimalist modern to cozy cabin vibes—designs that complement your space while delivering information guests actually need. My personal favorite feature? The strategically placed highlights that ensure nobody misses crucial details like “the back door locks automatically!” (learned that one after a guest got locked out during a rainstorm).

Why spend hours recreating the wheel when you could be enjoying hosting instead? These templates have already helped hundreds of hosts boost their ratings with professional guides that guests actually read. As one customer told me, “Your templates saved my sanity and my Superhost status!”
